Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within three business days and are shipped with USPS.
Due to COVID-19, please expect some delivery delays.
Orders over $99.00 ship for free. If the order is below $98.99, the flat shipping rate is $8.00.
Currently, we are not shipping internationally, but hope to be able to offer international shipping soon. Please check back often to learn when we will offer international shipping.
***Please note: we are not responsible for packages being lost in transit. If you find that this is the case for your order, you will need to contact USPS with the tracking number you are emailed in your shipping confirmation to file a claim with them. If an order is marked as delivered & you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office***
We get it. It can be hard to shop online. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Barbara Jane's. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchase, we accept returns on an item (other than Final Sale or jewlery) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact.
To begin the return approval process, please email us at shopbarbarajanes@gmail with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST". Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 14 days of when the item(s) was delivered to you. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and then your refund will be processed and you can opt to receive a store credit or a credit will automatically be applied back to your original payment.
Returns are eligible for store credit or refund to original payment within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted. The Barbara Jane's Boutique tag MUST be attached to the item. If the tag is not, it will not accepted for a return. We do not accept exchanges at this point.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! If you purchased the item on sale at a lower price point, the item is a final sale and not eligible to be returned.
All jewelry is a final sale -- no returns on jewelry.
There are no exceptions to the policy.
